Harkeet is a mother of 2 under the age of 3. We have been working together since January of this year as she wanted to start shedding the baby weight and get back to some resemblance of a body that she had before she was pregnant with her first child.
Harkeet came to me when she was just 6 weeks postpartum. She had this notion in her head of what she wanted to do and how she wanted to do it when it came to exercising. We started out on a plan and quickly realized that her body was in fact not ready for such a huge load. We decided to take things slow and steady. We started out by restoring Harkeet's core, this is very important when it comes to working with postpartum women, especially those who have had babies so close together like she did. We also ramped up her endurance levels and really got her motivated to exercise. We've now moved on to effective weight loss, toning her body and tightening up the 'jiggly bits'.
I'm happy to report that Harkeet is down 20lbs. Has lost an amazing 4" off her hips, 4" off her thighs and 6" off her waist! She is rocking this! I am so proud of her and all the hard work and effort that she is putting out. I am honoured to be able to share this journey with her.
We still have goals to meet and targets to hit and I know we are going to get there, together!
